So tasty and healthy, too! As I usually do when slow cooking pork, to get a richer color I brown the meat in grapeseed oil first but will try skipping that step next time. I think with the sauce, the color would have been fine. Instead of adding individually, I combined soup mix with water, wine and less-sodium soy sauce and poured mixture over pork then added garlic on top and sprinkled with pepper. Threw in some fingerling potatoes the last hour. Excellent!

This was delicious!! My oldest who is usually very picky loved it and my husband who usually doesn't like gravy or any sauces on his potatoes used the extra juice for his potatoes. Will definitely make this again. I didn't have red wine so I used a blackberry wine instead and cooked for 6 hours in my slow cooker. Other then that I followed the recipe to a T. Thanks for the delicious recipe!! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed this pork tenderloin. It was extra simple to prepare and super delicious. I only used 1 tablespoon of soy and used a really nice red wine. I cooked it for 6 hours and Mr. MVP and I thought it was extremely tasty!

Excellent easy yummy recipe! So moist and so flavorful. Maybe a little too much garlic for us, so will cut back next time and may just add garlic with all other ingredients instead of on top of pork loin. Also loved that it only took 4 hours to make. We will definitely keep this one to make again and again!

Oh WOW! One of the best pork loins we've tried. So moist and full of flavor. I served it with some thick cut homemade bread with the au jus it was a lot like french dip sandwiches. Thank you!

Very simple & easy recipe with great flavor. Works great with thick cut chops as well.

This was simple and delicious. I tried another crockpot pork loin recipe not to long after making this one and DH and I agreed this recipe was much better. Thanks for sharing!

I made this tonite, and it's excellent. A little much garlic due to my heavy-handedness. I also read the recipe AFTER I had put everything in the pot, including the garlic, mixed up together. I doubt it made much difference.
Excellent recipe for something simple to do with the loin, and with the ingredients I had on hand.

I love this recipe! I've made it a few times and it is so delicious and easy to make. It has an awesome smell to come home to. I follow a low carb diet and this definitely fits the bill.

This was a really great, easy pork recipe. I am always looking for a way to make moist pork. I made it with a side of baked beans and brown rice. My family loved it.

Don't waste your time (or tenderloin). This was really bad. I threw most of this away.

This made a good pork tenderloin, but nothing spectacular. I will keep it on file because it is easy and tasty.

Very yummy and oh, so tender. I did't have the dried soup mix, so used beef bouillon and dried onion flakes. I served it with Mashed Sweet and Russet Potatoes With Herbs and some fresh green beans. Thanks for sharing!

This was so good! I used a homemade onion soup mix (thanks again,Zaar!) and had to substitute garlic powder since I didn't have quite enough garlic on hand. Left it in the crock for an hour longer (not on purpose, though - grocery shopping took longer than usual) and it was so tender & juicy, it literally fell apart as I cut it! Yum!!

I made this again and we loved it! I added my new potatoes and new carrots to the slow cooker the last hour, then thickened the sauce with some Veloutine; Ummm Good!!! Great combination of flavours; that garlic makes it so nice.I did not have red wine but I did add sherry and chicken broth. I made this for Crockpot Photo Challenge. Thanks for posting. Rita

This was pretty good! My only suggestion don't use cheap Soya Sauce, VH Soya Sauce was too strong for three tablespoons. But other than that, it tasted great.

This was SO DELICIOUS! Simple and easy - will definitely be doing this again. Would be great to do for company, so you can actually visit with your guests rather than spending all your time in the kitchen!
