  1. To summer's mommy,This was prepared recently, and enjoyed. As my chops were not too thick I did for only three hours, and was very tender. Will centainly do again.....regards Don

  2. This was a quick and easy recipe for pork chops. I instead of boneless pork chops I used the ones with the bone-in. I also washed and sliced up some potatoes and onions (I wanted mashed potatoes but this was much more convenient) and placed them in the bottom of the crock pot. I then poured the liquid mixture over into the crockpot. I also seasoned my pork chops with minimal salt and pepper along with some Italian dressing mix. Placed them into the crockpot on top of the potato and onions. Let it cook on HIGH for 4.5 hours basting the pork chops throughout the cooking time. They turned out delicious and moist to the point they were falling apart trying to take them out.

  3. This was just OK for us. I used six chops but we thought the basil was really overpowering. I even used a whole can of chicken broth but that didn't seem to help. These were really dry for us too.

  4. This made some fairly good chops, something different from the "cream of" soup recipes. I liked it okay, but wasn't the greatest. I did cook for about 8 hours on low. The chops were tender, but a little bit dry.

  5. Wonderful flavour! This was so easy to make since it required no chopping of veggies or anything which is great when you are in a HUGE rush to get out the door, but want dinner ready for you when you get home. Next time I might try throwing some potatoes or yams in there to soak up all that extra yummy sauce, but not sure how that will turn out.
