This was a great roast - very easy - tasted liked I worked on it all day - the only thing I did differently was to add the spices (minus the cloves - we don't care for them) and then sear the roast in a little olive oil prior to placing in the cooker. Came out great and had a nice brown color on top.

I used a smaller roast, and should have used a little less garlic, but it was still wonderful. The combination of spices was wonderful!!!

My boyfriend doesn't like pork too much but he loved this when I made it for him. It came out very juicy and was falling apart. The flavor stayed with it really well. I didn't use any sort of rind but it was still delicious.

I made this roast and cooked it for 10 hours. Made gravy with the drippings. Is absolutely the best roast I have ever ate. Can't wait to make it again!

I used this with a smoked pork picnic, so I am sure my results weren't up to par. The garlic was wonderful. I just wanted to add that I found the cloves a bit overwhelming. I will give it another shot with a "fresh" pork roast and see how that goes. (I also used lemon pepper, because I found I forgot to buy lemons.)
