my hairdresser gave me this recipe...awesome you can use panini, hoagie, rye...whichever roll you like to make these
- 4 -5 lbs boneless beef chuck roast
- 2⁄3 ounce Italian salad dressing mix
- 8 -10 pepperoncini peppers
- 2 cups beer
- 19 -20 buns
- combine all ingredients except buns, of course, in a slow cooker --
- heat on low setting for 10 hours.
- shred beef, serve on buns with a bit of pepperoncinis --
- we like to have additional pepperoncinis on the side -- .
