This came from Gooseberry Patch Slow Cooking Cookbook. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.
- 32 ounces frozen hash browns, partially thawed
- 1 lb kielbasa, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 10 3⁄4 ounces cheese soup
- 10 3⁄4 ounces milk
- Place first 4 ingredients in a 6-quart slow cooker; add one soup can of milk, stirring to mix.
- Heat on HIGH setting for 3 hours or on LOW setting for 8-10 hours.
