This chili was quite mild, but tasty.
- 1 1⁄2 lbs beef top round steak, trimmed and cubed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 28 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 15 ounces pinto beans, rinsed and drained (canned)
- 4 1⁄2 ounces chopped green chilies
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Combine all ingredients in a 4-6 qt slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
