Slow Cooker Chicken Mole

"A friend made mole for a pot luck one time and I really liked the unusual flavor so I decided to attempt to make it myself and it turned out really well! We ate ate it spooned into corn tortillas, but I imagine it would be even better over rice since it's kind of runny and hard to hold in the tortillas."

  1. Oh no this was not good I have often wanted to try this dish, I've heard many good things about similar dishes. I don't know if other chicken mole dishes taste the same, all I know is none of my family would eat any further after the first bite. The presence of onion was over powering, & this dish was way to sweet. Now it could just be by family is weird & this is an excellent dish, but they wouldn't even let me clean the chicken off & use it for something else.
