Great recipe. I did modify a bit. I added about 24oz of spicy bloody mix, 2 coarsely chopped potatoes and 3 cloves of minced garlic. It was quite tender after cooking for 7 hrs. Probably b/c I added extra mix. Loved it! Thanks for sharing.
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (33 7/8 ounce) bottle bloody mary mix (extra spicy okay)
- 1⁄2 cup celery, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup carrot, chopped

- Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Remove any fat from the chicken and place in the slow cooker.
- Pour the Bloody Mary mix over the chicken breasts and add the chopped vegetables. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve with rice or hot noodles.
