Slow Cooker Apple Crisp

  1. Coat a 2-4 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. For the topping, mix together the first 6 ingredients, cut in the butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans.
  3. For the filling, whisk together the first 5 ingredients and stir in the apples, tossing to coat. Put the filling in the crock pot and sprinkle with topping.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours until apples are tender.
