This recipe really helps when you have to work all day and don't have time to cook at night.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 15 chicken meatballs (equiv. 1 package Aidells Pineapple & Teriyake)
  • 1 lb baby carrots, peeled
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans new potatoes, whole
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth (low sodium)

Directions

  1. Line bottom of slow cooker with baby carrots.
  2. Spread the young potatoes next.
  3. Spread the meatballs.
  4. Pour in chicken broth.
  5. Cook on Low setting for 8-10 hours.
