Dinner is Ready! 30 Meals in One Day – OAMC Serves 8. I would add some frozen veggies when thawing this, just to make it a little healthier.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
  • 12 cup water


  1. Place stew meat in slow cooker.
  2. Mix soup, soup mix and water until smooth. Pour over stew meat. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
  3. Remove from slow cooker and allow to cool. Place in freezer bags. Label and freeze.
  4. To serve: thaw. Heat until hot and bubbly. Serve over potatoes, rice or noodles.
