This is a MUST try. By far the best pasta sauce I have ever tasted. I used mild Italilan sausage and omitted the red pepper flakes, personal tast. SF Girl, I'll never make another pasta meat sauce again, this is perfection. Thank you

Directions

  1. Brown crumbled sausage and add onions, garlic, mushrooms, and bell pepper.
  2. Transfer meat and veggies to slowcooker and add in remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
  5. When done, sample the sauce and if it has a bitter taste, stir in a Tb more sugar.
  6. Serve over spaghetti or in any dish that calls for pasta sauce.
