      I combined this recipe with #109685--Mexican Enchilada Sauce. That recipe called for water--I replaced it with the crockpot liquid from this recipe, as SueVM suggests. The meat and sauce were both outstanding. Thanks so much.

      This was the easiest recipe for shredded beef I have ever made. The seasoning was just right. The enchaladas that I made with it were off the charts!!!! So delicious.

      Delish! We had this for burritos and it is great - just spicy enough! I didn't have any seasoning salt so used regular salt - wonderful! Thanks for sharing this keeper!

      We just had the best enchiladas I think I've ever made. The meat was perfectly seasoned (thanks Potsie). I'm shocked this recipe has not been reviewed yet, and proud to be the first for ZWT5, Family Picks. For my team Hell's Kitchen Angels.
