I combined this recipe with #109685--Mexican Enchilada Sauce. That recipe called for water--I replaced it with the crockpot liquid from this recipe, as SueVM suggests. The meat and sauce were both outstanding. Thanks so much.

This was the easiest recipe for shredded beef I have ever made. The seasoning was just right. The enchaladas that I made with it were off the charts!!!! So delicious.
Delish! We had this for burritos and it is great - just spicy enough! I didn't have any seasoning salt so used regular salt - wonderful! Thanks for sharing this keeper!
