I got his recipe from the cook book that Sharen Beth sent me, it is from Louisiana.
- 6 lean pork loin chops
- 1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1⁄2 cup cranberry juice
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- Place chops in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper or seasoning of your choice. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Stir well till blended and smooth. Pour over chops. Cook on low 4-5 hours.
Delicious! I added extra cranberry juice because they were in the crock pot for alomst 8 hours. These were fall-off-the-bone tender and had a lovely subtly fruity flavour! Thank you!
