  1. Combine apples, sugar, water and cinnamon in a slow cooker; stir gently.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until apples are tender.

Good stuff! Be ready to tinker to suit your tastes. I used 2 apples shy of a 3 lb. bag (10 samllish apples. That was 2/3s of my 3 qt crockpot full. Had to add1 +1+ cups of sugar. Also after 4 hours or so on low, I mashed it slightly with a potato masher every hour to get it to a consistency we really enjoyed. Thanks for sharing!
