    I made this one up over 4th of July weekend 2000, eagerly waiting for my 1st daughter to be born. This is my dad's very favorite. It goes well with mashed potatoes and a salad. This can also be made in your slow cooker set at low 6-8 hours.

    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 280°F.
    2. 2
      In large baking dish place down 2 long pieces aluminum foil, criss cross.
    3. 3
      Put meat on foil pour BBQ sauce on top drizzle honey over it.
    4. 4
      Sprinkle with garlic.
    5. 5
      Place onions all over.
    6. 6
      Salt and pepper it.
    7. 7
      Wrap up foil and seal it well.

      Cook for about 6 hours.

      These are the most tender ribs I've ever made. Just the right amount of seasoning. It's a keeper in my recipes. Highly recommend these fall off the bone ribs. Thank you. Leslie
