The original recipe is from The Prep time doesn't include soaking time for beans, you could prolly use two cans of beans too.

  1. Soak beans.
  2. Add the onions and cook for an hour.
  3. Pour off excess water.
  4. Mix everything together and cook until hot.
  5. Serve on buns or toast.
