  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; saute 3 minutes.
  2. Add meat to pan; cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble.
  3. Stir in tomato paste; cook 2 minutes.
  4. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and broth.
  5. Reduce heat, and simmer 12 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in corn; cook for 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
