My mom taught my sister and I to make this back when we were in elementary school. It was good then... and is good now. I use ground turkey for lower fat.

  1. Brown turkey and drain off grease.
  2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and simmer about 10 minutes.
  3. Serve on buns or as a topping for baked potatoes.
