  • Brown meat and onions over med-high heat.
  • Pour off fat.
  • Add everything else (except for the hamburger buns) and mix.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, uncovered.
  • Serve over hamburger buns.

  1. I made this for DH's lunch today so had a bite while cooking. I used brown sugar instead of white, otherwise kept recipe as is. Easy base recipe. A bit too "ketchupy" for my taste. Made for My 3 Chefs 2008.
