This is a great variation to meat loaf. We loved the flavor that the sloppy joe mix added to the ground beef. I added cheese on top as you suggested...wonderful. A quick an easy meat dish to prepare when short on time. Thanks for sharing this, Polly!

I really enjoyed this recipe, as did the family. I made it for Sunday dinner. The sloppy joe sauce adds an incredible flavor, much better than tomato sauce. The only thing I added to the recipe was some cubes of american cheese (about 1 cup), which I add to almost every meatloaf I make. Thanks for posting this Polly, it was excellent.

My husband really enjoyed this recipe. I didn't care for it. It was too soupy and did not hold together at all. It did have a great flavor though.

Delicious! I sauteed the onions for a few minutes as per jovigirl's review. We all loved the flavor and although the loaf was a bit sloppy going into te oven and cooked up perfectly! Great flavor and moist. Thanks for posting!

I had really high hopes for this, since the wife and I love sloppy joe's and meatloaf. I made exactly as written and it came out so loose and watery. Sorry

This was very good! I am a Manwich fan (yep, lived on it in college lol), and this flavor was great! My only problem was that the onions were too crunchy for me so next time I'll either just leave them out or saute them first. Otherwise it was delicious! Thanks! I'll be making this again for sure!
