    I have this smoothie every day . It is easy to make and tastes good. It is also filling. The ingredients are easy to come by all year round and quite economical too.

    Ingredients:

    Serves: 1

    Yield:

    large cup

    Units: US | Metric

    • 1 apple, cored
    • 1/2 frozen banana
    • 3/4 cup low-fat yogurt
    • 1/2 cup frozen apple juice (I buy a bottle of apple juice and freeze 1/2 cup measures in little snap lock bags)
    • sugar substitute, to taste (I use Splenda)
    • 1 tablespoon LSA (Linseeds, sunflower and almonds mix)
    • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

    Directions:

    1. 1
      put roughly chopped apple, banana and yoghurt in blender. Whizz till fruit are well chopped. Add rest of ingreients and blend until smooth.
