Slim Noodles Romanov

• Prep Time: 10 mins
• Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

Servings: 6

• 8 ounces uncooked noodles
• 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
• 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
• 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 drops hot pepper sauce
• 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cook& stir noodles.
3. Mix together all remaining ingredients except Parm cheese.
4. Fold in cooked noodles; spoon into greased 1 1/2 qt casserole and sprinkle with parm cheese.
5. Bake 30 minutes.
