"This is based on 2Labs2Many's "Sweet Sub-style Sandwich Bread" (Recipe #115676). So all credit to her. It turned out very nicely, soft inside, crunchy outside and sweet but not crumbly."

  • Warm ingredients are best.
  • Put ingredients in bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer. Except that I put the raisins in at the start of the mixing.
  • Use the normal bread cycle.
