Copy Cat recipe of the meatloaf my mother used to make. She mentioned once that the BBQ sauce had coffee in it and I have been trying to crack it for years. I couldn't find one that was quite right but I think this is pretty close so I am posting it to keep it handy.

The flavor of this meatloaf is outstanding! It's a nice change-of-pace from the usual ground beef version. I didn't add the curry as I didn't have any on hand, but it still turned out great. The sauce went perfectly with the meatloaf and the coffee gave it an interesting flavor that we loved. Thanks for sharing, Calms79.
