Sleepy Time Mocha Coffee Mix

"I love flavored coffee mixes, but the international coffee's can get expensive. These are easy to make, and are great to give as gifts."

 

• Ready In: 20mins
• Ingredients: 7
• Yields: 8 cups

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 1⁄2 cups cocoa
• 1⁄2 cup instant decaffeinated coffee
• 2 1⁄2 cups powdered coffee creamer
• 2 -3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt

directions

1. Blend sugar and cocoa until all lumps are gone.
2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
3. Store in an air tight container.

I really liked this mix! I am Queen of MIxes, so I always look for ones that I can add to my "Gift Giving List". I followed this recipe as Nicole listed it, however; I try and make my mixes for Diabetics also. So in this case I exchanged the sugar for Splenda, and because of the extra sweeteness of Splenda I only used 3/4 of a cup. I gave it to the tasters in my house and got the thumbs up! It is a KEEPER, thanks Nicole!

very very good... L.m sipping some right now... as good as if not better than the bought international delights i uaually buy..or should I say used to buy.. as a starting point I followed the international delight 4 teaspoons per mug.. this is a regular sized mug..mine was bigger so I used 5..thanks Nicole

Okay flavor, but you need to use tons of the mix to make a good tasting cup. This really does put you to sleep too! I use it to spice up my milkshakes.
