      I really enjoyed this. I used the preshredded coleslaw mix and that worked for me. I ate mine plain but the rest of the family ate it on tortillas and liked it too. Made for Spring PAC 2011.

      I had my doubts about this one but it was good. I added a little bit of cumin and chili powder. We had it as tostadas. I put my homemade salsa and sirracha on it.

      This is a great way to get extra veggies in the diet. I used ground turkey instead of beef to top our tostadas. Dh didn't even notice the cabbage. I halved the recipe and we have lots left over to freeze for a meal next week. Thanks for posting the recipe.

      I had all the ingredients so thought I would try this. Surprisingly good! A group of girls were having a cook off type thing and I was making something with all ready fried tortillas so I topped the extras with this and just put cheese on top, very good and healthy too (well not the fried part).

      This reminds me of a stuffed cabbage casserole with a Mexican flair. I used preshredded cabbage so this was super easy. The cabbage adds a nice texture and "stretches" the meat. I served this with tortillas on the side. Thanx for posting!

      It was very good. I like the little crunch that the cabbage adds. My picky son DID pick out the cabbage but ate everything else! Definately got more than 5 servings. Very quick and easy to prepare! YUMMY

      Hi . I agree with your wife, I love this recipie. I got a lot more than 5 servings. I wrapped the filling in tortillas and I got 15 8 inch ones and 5 10 inch ones. This really is a keeper. Low carb, delicious, easy, nutritous, and inexpensive. What more can I say? Oh, thanks for posting.
