A great dip for parties or foot ball Sundays.
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1⁄4 cup half-and-half
- 6 ounces crabmeat (drained, cartilage removed)
- 1⁄4 cup sliced green onion
- 1⁄4 cup chopped sweet pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon curry powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Mix cream cheese and ½ and ½ until smooth. Stir in the rest of ingredients.
- Refrigerate until serving.
