  1. I'm afraid I cheated with your recipe.I used leftover chicken and only 2 cups of canned chicken broth,but everything else was basically the same. It turned out nicely and we had enough leftovers for another meal which reheated nicely in the microwave. So thanks, happy smoker for a good recipe for me to cheat with!
