At the very least use 2 tablespoons low fat chedder or spread a low fat laughing cow 1/2 on each.
This sounded terrible and tasted even worst.
I was about to post something similar! I used an organic brown rice cake, a fat free swiss flavor cheese single and fut a bit of yellow mustard under the cheese for flavor - microwave for 10-15 seconds, top with lettuce, maybe a thin slice of onion and you have a guilt-free snack!
