When you want pizza but not all the calories and fat!
- 2 rice cakes
- 2 pieces fat-free American cheese slices
- 3 -4 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon pizza seasoning
- 1⁄2 teaspoon basil
- vegetables (optional)
- Put pizza sauce on rice cakes.
- Sprinkle pizza seasoning, basil and any optional vegetables on top of "pizza".
- Cover each "pizza" with a piece of fat free cheese.
- Heat in microwave for 30-60 sec. depending on your preference.
