Easy and healthy way to start your day! These pancakes have no flour and are packed with protein
- 2 egg whites
- 1⁄2 banana
- 1⁄2 cup uncooked oatmeal
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 dash cinnamon (optional)
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high for 15-20 seconds.
- Spray a griddle or skillet with non-stick spray.
- Pour on batter and cook till edges are golden brown.
