Recipe by Poor College Kid
Fewer ingredients and fewer calories makes this a poor college kid favorite. Plus it's super healthy. Use thick-cut slices of cucumber for dippers for a wonderful snack!
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce) packet Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 2 1⁄2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 10 ounces spinach, chopped (frozen stuff is easiest)
