Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 pinch cocoa
  • 1 pinch chili
  • 1 tablespoon almonds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut
  • 1 tablespoon lilac fresh edible flower

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Drink freshly made.
