Skinny Banana Pudding

"A dreamy, luscious, and totally better-for-you banana pudding. The maple syrup and apple sauce were added to substitute the originally called for butter, but I imagine you could leave these two ingredients out if you don't have them readily available. Serve with sliced bananas, vanilla wafers, and/or graham crackers for a lovely dessert or trifle. Adapted from a recipe on a Silk coconut milk carton. Note: Cook time does not include chilling time."
