This was DELICIOUS! Even all of my picky children liked it! Like another reviewer, I used sun dried tomatoes in place of the roasted red pepper, and I added a 1/2 cup of mixed vegetables and a little extra broccoli. It was so very yummy! We will definitely make it again and again!

I have this cookbook, where the recipe came from. It is a family favorite. I make it with sun dried tomatoes instead of red peppers. It is such an easy dish- men and kids will love it.

Simply love this recipe. One of my favorites. Because I try to make some meals before I go to work in the evening, I have found out you can't do this with the recipe. What does work is doing all the steps, minus the addition of pasta and just boil the pasta prior to eating and toss it in. It is no longer a one pot dish, but still works as the pasta won't suck in all the juices while it's sitting around for a couple of hours. Thanks for posting this recipe, because I has just recently misplaced it.

This was a hit at my house as well. I loved cooking the pasta in the same dish. The pasta was yummy and the sauce was really good. I'll be making this again.

I love this dish! The pasta was done just perfectly and the sauce was to die for. Tasted just like something you would get at a restaurant. My family loved it and I will be making it again for sure!
