Skillet Veal Parmesan

Found this on another web site. Didn't tell Prep time or Cook time, so this is a guess

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix flour, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, and pepper.
  2. Coat cutlets.
  3. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
  4. Cook veal about 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from skillet, add remaining oil, onion and garlic.
  6. Cook over low heat til onion is crisp.
  7. Stir in sauce, and 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning.
  8. Cover and simmer 15- 18 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
  10. Cover and simmer until cheese is melted.
  11. Serve with Spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan.

This was a wonderful quick meal. I used prepared breaded veal cutlets, just browned them before sautéing the onion and garlic, which made it even faster. Added a 12 oz. can of Italian diced tomatoes to my spaghetti sauce. We like lots of sauce for the whole wheat pasta. Used 8 oz. of whole wheat pasta and had two delicious meals. This is a keeper for a quick work night Italian dinner.

This is wonderful. I prepared it according to the recipe and served with zuchini and garlic bread. Since we are on a low-carb regime it filled the bill and tasted so good. My husband even said to save the recipe so we can use it for our regular spaghetti sauce.
