I really liked this! I made it as a main dish, with the following substitions/additions: instead of wine, I used dry vermouth, added 1 box of frozen artichoke hearts when I boiled the pasta, and added 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil in step 4. If I'd had fresh basil, I would have added it at the end, instead of parsley, but fresh basil is still about 5 months away. I loved how fast this came together, and was a nice, filling meal. Thanks for posting!

This was just ok to us, not a lot of flavor.

Truly outstanding recipe in my book. I was in such a rush tonight with life getting in the way of cooking the evening meal and this came to the rescue. Firstly, it was amazing easy and fast. Secondly, it took a store bought product like tortellini and dressed it up fancy. And most importantly, it tasted so good. I served ours along side a breaded chicken breast but next time I think I will add in some more veggies when I am doing the garlic and make this a main dish. I sprinkled some Parmesan on at the end and that was really good. Made for Please Review My Recipe Tag.

This is a great recipe! I added a can of mushrooms while I was sauteeing the garlic. So easy! I served this with the Tuscan Grilled Chicken. This one is definitely going on our list of favorites. Lori J

I paired this with Mean Chef's Chicken Picatta Mean Chef's French Fries and it came out wonderful. Had never tried tortellini this way, but very glad I did. Thanks.

This was a refreshing change of pace from the standard potatoes. I served it with grilled salmon...it was the perfect accompaniment. And very easy to prepare. I was surprised to notice a slightly sweet, almost nutmeg-type flavor. I guess it was from the chardonnay that I used. Very nice! Thanks for the recipe.
