      So good! My DS took one bite and was in heaven. I added quite a bit of additional chicken broth, but no worries! Made for ZWT 5.

      This was delicious!!! It was easy to make. I added more tarragon because I really like it. I usually have the ingredients on hand, except for the cream. I used 2 chicken thighs instead of breasts. I kept the other ingredients the same. I had this with Artichoke Mashed Potatoes which made a great dinner. I will be making this again. Thanks for sharing your recipe Mama!! Made for the March 2008 Bevy Tag game.

      We loved this recipe!!!! I knew we would :) I made 3 breasts and kept the amounts of the rest of the ingredients the same. The sauce did start to disappear quickly over the heat so I just removed it from the heat and allowed the heated pan to cook it. Fabulous! I used tarragon out of my garden and chenin blanc for the white wine. I would make this again with no hesitation!

      Great flavor and very juicy! I'm sure the picture is not what it is supposed to look like but it sure was good anyway. My chicken breasts were so huge even Dolly Parton would have blushed. I had to pound them to thin them out so that they would cook evenly. My second problem was that I used such a large frying pan that I did not have a lid large enough to cover it. I ended up using foil as a lid but the wine and broth kept escaping as steam, so I ended up using a lot more than the recipe called for. I would suggest using a pan with a tight fitting lid so you will have more wine to drink. Both of the problems were no fault of the recipe and the flavor really was delicious!
