  1. I cook early and keep things hot with my crockpot. I Browned the Pork Chops with Garlic Pam. Put the pork chops in the bottom of it and added everything but the cornstarch and water. Which I did when we were ready to eat. I think it had just the right amout of sweetness. Great flavor. This is a keeper to make over and over. Thank You

  2. This has to be the best sauce I've ever had on pork chops. It's slightly sweet and not overly spicy. I recommend a side dish that doesn't use the sauce from the pork chops because there's not enough to go around.

  3. Grape jelly?! I thought I'd give it a try and the guys LOVED it. Had to hide the fact that I used grape jelly in the gravy till after they tried it cause I'm sure they wouldn't have tasted it otherwise.

  4. Lovely, slightly sweet orange flavored sauce. I cooked thick pork chops. Followed Inez's instruction and then baked the chops in the oven for 25 minutes at 350.

  5. My brother loved the sauce it made! (he loved it the most out of the family)

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
