Use this as a relish. Especially good with chicken, turkey, duck, goose....
- Spread the cranberries in an iron skillet that has a cover.
- Sprinkle the sugar over the berries, cover the skillet and place in over at 250F for 1 hour.
- Remove the lid and pour the brandy in the skillet Serve.
