This one is great for a mid-week meal. My boys really like this one.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 -10 pork chops
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 12 cups uncooked rice
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans onion soup
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans water
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Directions

  1. Sprinkle chops with salt & pepper and brown. Drain off all grease.
  2. Put chops, soup, celery,water, and thyme in skillet.
  3. Simmer covered for 30 minutes.
  4. Add rice, cook 20 minutes longer.
