This one is great for a mid-week meal. My boys really like this one.
- 8 -10 pork chops
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 1⁄2 cups uncooked rice
- 2 (8 ounce) cans onion soup
- 2 (8 ounce) cans water
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Sprinkle chops with salt & pepper and brown. Drain off all grease.
- Put chops, soup, celery,water, and thyme in skillet.
- Simmer covered for 30 minutes.
- Add rice, cook 20 minutes longer.
