Easy to make homemade muffin mix that will keep for weeks in the fridge.
- 1301.24 ml Raisin Bran cereal
- 709.77 ml sugar
- 1182.95 ml flour
- 24.64 ml baking soda
- 9.85 ml salt
- 946.0 ml buttermilk
- 236.59 ml applesauce
- 4 eggs, beaten
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients.
- Cover tightly and refrigerate up to six weeks.
- Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
these are sooo good! i ate 2 for breakfast everyday. these are screamin. i love them, cant say it enough five stars is not enough.
Simple and Yummie!! The mix keeps as well as promised, but the muffins don't because my family eats them up!
These are really good. I used 3 C. whole wheat flour, 2 C. White. I took another reviewer's advice and did 1 C. Brown sugar, 1 C. White. I like that these are so low in fat! A definite keeper!!
