This recipe is wonderful! A friend made it for dinner one night and rattled off the recipe, which I promptly forgot. I was so interested because she mentioned that she cooks a lot of vegies this way now. When I got home, I knew that somebody would have posted it, so I checked and it was here so I made the dish for dinner tonight. It was simple to make and really only took 6 minutes! The broccoli is cooked through but still a bit crunchy and the flavor is wonderful! Thanks so much for posting this!

This is so good, I made it just like the recipe said, except I didn't use as much water, just added a couple of tablespoons then took the lid off and added the sesame seeds & let them toast, Yummy. Thanks Judy, for another tasty recipe.

I couldn't believe how quick and easy this recipe is. I used the sesame seeds, and it added a nice touch. Everyone liked it. Next time I'll add about half the water. I had quite a bit left after boiling for three minutes and had to drain some before stir-frying the last minute. Thanks for sharing this technique. I'll make it again.

This was a very simple and easy recipe that produced great fresh tasting broccoli. The only thing I will do differently next time is decrease the amount of water. Like PanNan, I had to drain some off before adding the sesame seeds. Thanks Judy, for sharing another wonderful recipe.
