Six Cup Salad ala Elvis

• Ingredients: 9
• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• Salad

• 1 cup fruit cocktail
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 1 cup crushed pecans
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1 cup shredded coconut

• Dressing

• 2⁄3 cup mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon poppy seed
• 1⁄3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

directions

1. Drain half the juice for the fruit Cocktail out and mix salad ingrdients.
2. Combine all dressing ingredients until fluffy, chill.
3. Serve salad with orange dressing.
