  • Prep vegetables and set aside.
  • Combine vinegar, salt, celery seed, salad oil and dry mustard.
  • In large bowl alternate cabbage, onions, and peppers with sugar.
  • Cover with marinade.
  • Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours in covered container, mixing occasionally.
