  1. Cut beef into cubes.
  2. In large skillet over medium high heat, heat olive oil and brown cubes with garlic.
  3. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, salt, pepper, and wine.
  4. Cook for 30 minutes or until cubes ae tender.
