This steak smelled soooo good while it baked! I just wish I had used low-sodium bouillon, because it was a bit too salty. Other than that, the meat was very tender, and the sauce was wonderful over mashed potatoes. Next time, I will double the sauce, simply because it is so yummy! I used sliced baby 'bella mushrooms- thanks for posting this!!

Excellent and so simple. We loved it. The meat was tender and just fell apart. I used "Beefy Onion" soup mix and canned mushrooms. We got 2 servings as well. A keeper for sure.

I used three pounds of sirloin steaks and followed the recipe as written other then instead of putting it in the oven, I put it in my crock pot and cooked for four hours on low. This was very good and easy to make. I made noodles and placed the steaks on top of them.

This was incredible!! Very easy to make. The only change I made was that I cut the sirloin steak into bit size piece. A preference of my husbands. I made this with mashed potatoes. The only change I will make is to make the gravy thicker next time. I will be making this again it was delicious. And yes my husband and I are piggys too!! We got 2 serving also!!
