Sirloin Bacon Cheeseburgers

  • In a bowl, combvine beef, egg, garlic, cheese, bacon, breadcrumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce and rosemary.
  • Divide meat into 6 portions. Form into 3/4 -inch thick patties.
  • Make a thumb-print depression in center of each patty (to prevent rounding while they grill).
  • Grill over medium heat on preheated, oiled grill for 5-7 minutes per side, testing doneness with a digital instant-read thermometer inserted sideways into center of eacy patty to ensure patties are cooked ot 160°F.
  • Make Ahead: The burgers can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 1 day.
  • Top with melted mushrooms and onions.
  • TOPPING: Combine 1 sweet onion (such as vidalia), sliced (2cups) sliced mushrooms and 1 tablespoons olive oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste; Cook, stirring occasionally in non-stick skillet over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are golden and tender.
  • Stir in 2 tablespoons steak sauce; heat through.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
