This is had during days of fasting in India. It's easy to make and very tasty too. Very popular with housewifes.
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan.
- Add flour, sugar and 1 1/2 cups water.
- Mix well.
- Allow to cook for a few minutes.
- Once the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, remove from heat.
- Put into a plate.
- Let it set.
- Once cool, cut into pieces.
- Garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
